Hi Mate,
Josh from Sydney. I am not a bodybuilder and have no questions to ask you. I have a rather mild interest in the shows and who is winning the Olympia’s. I admire the work and dedication it takes to build the kind of physique you have been able to maintain over such a long period of time. I work out every now and then but I just do not have the discipline or commitment. So I can only imagine the tough work you have gone through. Congratulations on your interview that I have read, your thoughts were welcoming from someone within the industry. You are spot on – life is so much bigger than bodybuilding and I wish you all the best in your future endeavors…
Thank you kindly,
Joshua McKenzie

Well, you probably don’t have time to answer tons of mails..but I hope you just read this one.
I’ve only been “into” the bodybuilding world, for about 8-10 months. I’m only 16 years old and I train naturally. After being fascinated by bodybuilding and spend time on seeing the best in action, on the net, tv, magazines, your picture (your whole profile) popped up many times. So, I thought to myself “Who is this huge guy? ” and when I typed in your name on youtube and google, I got my answer “He’s one of the best!” but that was only concerning your looks. After reading all the interviews on bodybuilding.com , I was schocked…. But, also, I felt free. Free from the thoughts and doubts about the sport and the whole business. When all is said and done, I still don’t know whether you speak the truth or you lie..but you know what? I believe you. I don’t know you personally at all, but I believe you. One thing is, that you tell the stories about all the other bodybuilders, that takes a bit heart and truth-caring attitude.. a bit. Telling situations and stories about YOU and what YOU went through and what happened to YOU, that takes a lot of heart and truth-caring attitude.
I really just want to thank you Nasser, for helping me to open my eyes on this whole bodybuilding world. I can’t wait to get my hands on your book, hope it’s loooong and truth-telling.
: )
Greetings, Christian from Denmark.
